By volunteering at the AJT Academy Community Camp, I grant permission to the AJ Terrell Jr. Foundation and AJT Academy to photograph, film, or otherwise record my participation during event activities.

I authorize the AJ Terrell Jr. Foundation, AJT Academy, and their partners and sponsors to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during the event for lawful promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. This may include use on social media, websites, press materials, printed publications, sponsor communications, and other promotional content related to the AJ Terrell Jr. Foundation, the AJT Academy, the Community Camp, and affiliated sponsor initiatives.

I understand that these materials may be used without further notice or compensation and may be distributed publicly in perpetuity.

Volunteer Participant Liability Waiver and Release

By volunteering at the AJT Academy Community Camp, I acknowledge that participation in event activities—including assisting with athletic drills, youth programming, event setup and breakdown, and other related tasks—may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injury, illness, property damage, or, in rare cases, serious bodily harm or death.

I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I assume full responsibility for any risks associated with my involvement in this event.

In consideration of being permitted to volunteer, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the AJ Terrell Jr. Foundation, AJT Academy, Westlake High School, Atlanta Public Schools, Fulton County Schools and all event organizers, sponsors, partners, staff, and fellow volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the AJT Academy Community Camp.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health, safety, and personal property while volunteering. I further certify that I am physically able to participate in volunteer activities associated with the event.
